- The company’s main marketing and registration mechanism is their website, they needed a solution that would allow them to manage internal operations while integrating with their websites for event registration
- Altruas worked with the client to create a Dynamics 365 Online design that would allow them to manage events and registrations
- The solutions allows for players and/or parents to register for events online. These registrations then flow to Dynamics 365 where they can be managed internally
- Players are automatically added to marketing lists for the events registered as well as for the region
- The system is also robust enough to allow for tracking of teams, coaches, parents, vendors and other contacts associated with an event
- Altruas also recommended ClickDimensions to create an integrated email marketing environment that can plug into the overall client business process
