First and foremost, Russ focuses on how he can put the customers’ needs first in any interaction. Russ started Altruas in 2002, since then the company has grown into a leading solutions provider of ERP, CRM, and Business Process Outsourcing solutions.  Following his, “customer first “ principle of doing business, his approach to solving business problems is done by creating partnerships and long-term relationships with his many clients, and thus Russ and Altruas, have become a “Trusted Advisor” to many. Having earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Texas State University, Russ’s previous positions include time at ePartners, Tribridge and The Anchor Group before Altruas. Out of the office, Russ enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and sports.

Douglas Roberts

Doug Roberts has over 25 years of experience in business and a background in finance and technology, along with several years of consulting, He brings a broad background of designing and implementing business and technology solutions to Altruas’s clients.   In addition to Doug’s technical expertise, he has a customer-centric philosophy which provides a basis for his business leadership in creating partnerships and long-term relationships with his many clients. Early in his career, Doug worked for two start-up distribution companies and enjoyed the fast-paced environment of start-ups. This set the pace for his career.  Over the years Doug has worked in a wide variety of industries including distribution, education, healthcare and technology, striving continually to drive excellence into the business, to help his clients improve their business processes and productivity. During his personal time, Doug enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as biking, swimming and golf. Doug earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting Control Systems from the University of North Texas in Denton, TX.

Jake Horn

Jake Horn has 19 years of technology and management experience spanning industries such as financial, commercial real estate, insurance, construction, internet, manufacturing, distribution, and energy.  He is experienced in CRM solution implementation, business analysis, project/program management, team leadership, architecting custom software solutions.  Jake is specialized in CRM technologies and possesses knowledge and experience in all stages of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). When working with clients, Jake focuses on advising in both a technical and managerial capacity.  He strives to work closely with his clients to understand their short and long-term goals and to apply technology in a way that provides maximum value based on those goals. Prior to Altruas, Jake was a Principal and CRM Practice Leader at Pariveda Solutions, a Technical Sales Consultant at Ascendix Technologies, founded the CRM consulting practice and held management team positions with Quest Business Solutions, and held consulting positions with Sage Software Professional Services. He also has spoken at many educational events regarding CRM technologies and architecture.  Jake graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information and Operations Management. Outside of work Jake enjoys golf and watching Texas A&M football.
